SUMMER ADULT PROGRAMS

Offered for every level of play, from beginner to advanced.
Designed to enhance and develop a player’s abilities – emphasizing
proper stroke conformity, volume, footwork, and strategies.
1:4 coach to player ratio.


Game pointers – Beginner class (1.0-2.0) 

  • Coach Adam & Coach Zenio

Objectives: Learning the fundamentals of tennis and getting off to
the best start possible – with the greatest enjoyment. Emphasis is on
rallying, with lots of volume on the forehand and backhand.

  • Saturday, 9:00 –10:30 am (1.5-hour class)

July 12 – August 23, (6 weeks), $240

* No class on Saturday August 2nd, Civic Holiday Weekend


Break pointers – Intermediate class (2.0-2.5) 

  • Coach Adam & Coach Zenio

Objectives: Learning the fundamentals of tennis along with a wide
range of skills and footwork patterns.

  • Saturday, 10:30 –12:00 pm (1.5-hour class)

July 12 – August 23, (6 weeks), $240

* No class on Saturday August 2nd, Civic Holiday Weekend


Set pointers – Intermediate/Advanced class (2.5-3.0) 

  • Coach Greg

Objectives: Improving technical skills and all aspects of play through training and games

Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 5 pm-6 pm

  • July 9 – August 19, (6 weeks), $160

*If you would like to participate in the Set Pointers please email Coach Greg. Coach Greg will be placing players together based on level and availability.


Match pointers – Advanced (3.0+) 

  • Coach Greg

Objectives: Improving technical skills and all aspects of play through training and games

Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 5 pm-6 pm

  • July 9 – August 19, (6 weeks), $160

CARDIO TENNIS

Summer Session

A health-oriented and social program for all ages (18 and over), all
fitness levels, and all tennis abilities – boot camp style. A full workout
and an opportunity to improve your game and make friends in a
non-competitive setting. Players hit lots of balls for every stroke and
benefit from a great exercise program. 1:8 coach to player ratio.

Days & times (1-hour class):
Tuesdays: 7 a.m. Coach Greg & Coach Jason

Wednesdays: 7 a.m. Coach Greg & Coach Jason

Thursdays: 7 a.m. Coach Greg & Coach Jason
8 a.m. Coach Jason

Summer Session (6 weeks): July 8 – July 24 & August 5 – August 21
No Cardio on July 29, 30, 31 unless we have a rain make up

Fees:
6 weeks – 1 hour / 1 day a week, $120 ($20 per class)
6 weeks – 1 hour / 2 days a week, $180 ($15 per class)
6 weeks – 1 hour / 3 days a week, $270 ($15 per class)
Walk-ins (if space is available), $20 per class
