Fall Session
Offered for every level of play, from beginner to advanced.
Designed to enhance and develop a player’s abilities – emphasizing
proper stroke conformity, volume, footwork, and strategies.
1:4 coach to player ratio.
Game pointers – Beginner class (1.0-2.0)
Sunday, 2:00 –3:30 pm (1.5-hour class)
Sunday, 3:30 –5:00 pm (1.5-hour class)
Sep 10 – Oct 15th, (5 weeks), $165
No class on Sunday October 8, Thanksgiving Weekend

Objectives: Learning the fundamentals of tennis and getting off to
the best start possible – with the greatest enjoyment. Emphasis is on
rallying, with lots of volume on the forehand and backhand.
Break pointers – Low Intermediate class (2.0-2.5)
Sunday, 10:30 – 12 pm (1.5-hour class)
Sep 10 – Oct 15 (5 weeks), $195

Objectives: Learning the fundamentals of tennis along with a wide
range of skills and footwork patterns.
Set pointers – Intermediate class (2.5-3.0) *
Sunday, 9:00 – 10:30 am (1.5-hour class)
Sep 10 – Oct 15 (5 weeks), $195
No class on Sunday October 8, Thanksgiving Weekend
* This class will most likely be a 3.0+ class depending on the demand.

Match pointers – Intermediate to Advanced (3.0+)
Saturday, 9:00 – 10:30 am (1.5-hour class)
Saturday, 10:30 – 12:00 (noon) (1.5-hour class)
Sep 9 – Oct 15 (5 weeks), $195
No class on Saturday October 7, Thanksgiving Weekend
A 3.0 player is able to rally consistently 10 balls in a row on forehand and backhand.

*** All Adult classes include 50 minutes of training, 10 minutes of serves, and 30 minutes of game play.

CARDIO TENNIS
Fall Session
A health-oriented and social program for all ages (18 and over), all
fitness levels, and all tennis abilities – boot camp style. A full workout
and an opportunity to improve your game and make friends in a
non-competitive setting. Players hit lots of balls for every stroke and
benefit from a great exercise program. 1:8 coach to player ratio.
Days & times (1-hour class):
Tuesdays: 7 a.m. Coach Greg & Coach Alex

Thursdays: 7 a.m. Coach Greg & Coach Alex

2023 Sessions:
Fall Session (6 weeks): Sep 5 – Oct 12
Fees:
6 weeks – 1 hour / 1 day a week, $108 ($18 per class)
6 weeks – 1 hour / 2 days a week, $168 ($14 per class)
Walk-ins (if space is available), $20 per class
