Designed to enhance and develop a player’s abilities – emphasizing
proper stroke conformity, volume, footwork, and strategies.
1:4 coach to player ratio.

Objectives: Learning the fundamentals of tennis and getting off to
the best start possible – with the greatest enjoyment. Emphasis is on
rallying, with lots of volume on the forehand and backhand.

Break pointers – Intermediate class (2.0-2.5)

range of skills and footwork patterns.

A 3.0 player is able to rally consistently 10 balls in a row on forehand and backhand.

CARDIO TENNIS

Spring Session

A health-oriented and social program for all ages (18 and over), all
fitness levels, and all tennis abilities – boot camp style. A full workout
and an opportunity to improve your game and make friends in a
non-competitive setting. Players hit lots of balls for every stroke and
benefit from a great exercise program. 1:8 coach to player ratio.

Wednesdays: 7 a.m. Coach Greg

Thursdays: 7 a.m. Coach Greg & Coach Alex

2024 Sessions:
Spring Session (8 weeks): April 23 – June 13

Fees:
8 weeks – 1 hour / 1 day a week, $144 ($18 per class)
8 weeks – 1 hour / 2 days a week, $224 ($14 per class)
8 weeks – 1 hour / 3 days a week, $336 ($14 per class)
Walk-ins (if space is available), $20 per class
