Cardio Tennis

A health-oriented and social program for all ages (18 and over), all fitness levels, and all tennis abilities – boot camp style. A full workout and an opportunity to improve your game and make friends in a non-competitive setting. Players hit lots of balls for every stroke and benefit from a great exercise program.
1:8 coach to play ratio. usually run 7am or 8am Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday

Designed to enhance and develop a player’s abilities – emphasizing proper stroke conformity, volume, footwork, and strategies.
