You can find all the information you need about our club and complete your annual registration here. Once your registration is complete, you’ll use the CourtReserve system — via mobile app or web browser — to book courts and manage your schedule.
Please note: you may create a CV account during registration, but it will likely have different credentials from your CourtReserve account.
Below are the steps to follow if you encounter any issues along the way.
Step 1: Join / Shop
- Choose the membership type that suits you
- Pay (currently e-transfer)

| Family: 1 or 2 adults and/or children under 17 from the same residence | $200 |
| Single Adult: 18-64 yrs | $130 |
| Senior: 65 years and over | $110 |
| Student: 18-25 years with valid student card | $80 |
| Junior: 17 years and under | $40 |
| Guest: Members may top up credit in CR in advance and pay for the guest fee | $10/visit |
Step 2: Set Up CourtReserve
Checklist for Registered Members
- Confirm your registration is complete, you should receive an email with current entrance code
- Set up your CourtReserve profile, if you renewed, wait for the status changing to active, with an expiry date in November
- Already have a CourtReserve profile from other club?
- Go to menu “My Organizations” and “Add Organization“
- Search for “City View Tennis Club” and join
- Wait for your status to update
- Top up guest credit if needed, with same e-transfer address
- Check the club mail-list and provide your spouse’s email address if desired
- Familiarize yourself with CourtReserve booking rules and court types

- Log in to your CourtReserve account
- Book courts, and track your schedule
- Update personal info or preferences if needed
- Access events, tournaments in CourtReserve
